I have over 20 years of experience in the world of pole dancing as a performer and instructor, and a lifetime of dance.

As a pole dance instructor since 2003, I applied the extensive knowledge I had gained through years of dance and aerial training to the new industry I was honored to be pioneering alongside others. My ability to analyse movement and to communicate and coach via my classes, workshops, and new groundbreaking DVD instructional series, The Art of Pole Collection, helped spread my message and my name across the world, just as the pole industry itself was expanding.

In 2009, 2010 and 2011, I was three times awarded International Instructor of the Year (IPDFA & Pole Spin Magazine). My Art of Pole DVDs won Best Series in 2011 (PDI Magazine).

In 2014 I won the UPA Pro Poler of the Year and in 2015 - 2016 I was an Official Judge of Pole Expo Pole Classic.

I offer personal one-on-one classes and group workshops at Shine Alternative Fitness in Las Vegas, NV, USA, via my "Extend Yourself" Online Programs and Private Skype Lessons, and at studios and events around the world.

All classes can be tailored for different levels from Beginner to Advanced.
